What does Pre-order mean?

All pre-order items are on their way to our warehouse although have not arrived yet. Every pre-order item has an ETA (estimated time of arrival)) advising when the item will be received into our warehouse. All items that are purchased on pre-order will be available for pick up or will be dispatched via courier as soon as the item has been received into our warehouse, customers will be contacted via email updating their order status.

Please note we try our best to be as accurate with our ETA time frame as possible, sometimes events can cause delays that are out of our control and we apologize for this inconvenience. If there is to be a delay with any pre-order items that have been ordered, we will contact the customer ASAP to advise of the disruption.


An item I want to purchase is out of stock, how long until this will be back in stock again?

All items that are out of stock are usually unavailable for around 2- 3 months. For some items that are due to arrive into warehouse we offer a pre-order purchase with an ETA as to when the item will be delivered to our warehouse. All pre-order items will display this message next to the stock availability notice.


Does all equipment come assembled?

All of our equipment is flat packed, ready for shipment. Once picked up or delivered you will need to follow the instructions to assemble the equipment. Should you require assistance during assembly please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.


Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our showroom at Unit 16, 85 Alfred Road, Chipping Norton NSW 2170. Once you have placed your pickup order, please allow us at least 24-48 hours for the orders to be ready for pick up. It's best to contact us prior to your arrival so that we can have your item ready for you.


Do you ship outside of Australia?

No, we do not ship outside Australia.


What are your delivery charges?

Delivery for most items can be calculated using the estimate shipping function on our website. After you have added your items to the shopping cart, click shopping cart icon to initiate the estimate shipping function. Rates will then be calculated based on your location.


How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive email with the tracking number once your order has been processed in our warehouse and is en-route to your shipping address. You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the courier’s website. Please choose the correct courier website. Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate with our delivery partners.


How long will it take for an item to be delivered?

Once you have placed an online order, upon clearance of your payment and confirmation of delivery address. we will dispatch your order from our warehouse within the next 1-3 business days. you will receive an email with a tracking number to keep informed about the delivery date of your order. 


What shipping company do you use?

Our delivery partners are Australia Post, Direct Freight.


Can my order be delivered on weekend?

The courier company does not deliver on weekends or public holiday’s.


Why have I only received part of my order?

Many of our products/orders are packed in multiple parcels. They may be delivered to you separately depending on how destination delivery depot sort them. Please allow a few days for the remaining parcels to arrive.


My product has been delivered incorrectly or with missing parts. What do I do?

Please contact customerservice@iworkout.com.au or fill in our contact form with your contact details and order number. We will investigate the problem for you.



What payment methods do you provide?

We accept the master card,visa card, AftePay, PayPal via the website.


Can I pay by COD?

Sorry, We don’t accept COD or unpaid deliveries.


Does the price include GST

Yes, a tax invoice can be emailed or mailed to you upon request.


Warranty & Returns

Does the item come with a warranty?

All items that offer a warranty are displayed on our warranty policy.


Is there any exceptions for warranty?

I workout does not cover warranty from misuse.

The Warranties do not cover ordinary wear and tear; user negligence, misuse or abuse, accident, fire, or malicious damage by a third person; alterations or modifications by a non-authorized service technician.


I have changed my mind, Can I return the goods?

Yes, you can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
